Mantra & The Yoga of Sound and the Sattva Summit
October 30 - November 13$2170: Includes tuition, lodging, and three meals a day (also for the 2 days between events)
This 60-hour certification course offers an in-depth look at the power and practice of mantra and Naad Yoga. Participants will explore the different levels of listening, speech, chanting and the experience delivered through various mantras. They will learn how to integrate them into their own practice and how to share these practices with their students.
“Mantra” commonly refers to a word or phrase often repeated for self- motivation, or to express one’s basic beliefs. In the path of yoga, mantras are seen as words of power that hold energy, intention, and the promise of transformation. Mantra and listening practices are central to all yogic traditions. In Sanskrit man means mind and trang refers to a wave or projection. Therefore mantra is often described as a creative projection of the mind through sound.

The Sattva Summit
The Sattva Summit is a boutique conscious gathering, offering the opportunity for Yogis from across the globe to gather as a community, for a week of deep healing, expansion and reasonless joy at The Sattva Retreat, a luxurious sanctuary nestled in the foothills of the Himalayans.
We will gather as a community to deepen in our silence through daily group meditation and rituals, harmonize with the body in our yoga practice with globally renowned teachers, connect to ancient yogic wisdom and the evolutionary teachings of consciousness, and nourish our bodies with healing foods from leading Ayurvedic chefs of India, while enjoying live music, chanting, and dancing. We will also have the opportunity to discover the beauty that Rishikesh has to offer, such as; hikes to Himalayan villages, temple tours, ganga dips, cave meditations, rafting, ayurvedic spa treatments, cooking classes, and much more!
The Vision for the Sattva Summit came from the land itself having a deep desire to share the unseen India. We wanted to create something intimate and personal yet at the same time inclusive of different aspects of yoga and expressions of consciousness to give guests a holistic experience. Our intention in creating a smaller consciousness gathering was to provide the opportunity for intimate one-on-one connection between participants yogis / teachers from around the globe, where you can have an experience of the deepest expression of true authentic teachings and come together with people you would not usually meet. Designed to address the immediate concerns of the practice, the Sattva Summit is not too small, not too big, just right so we can evolve, connect and transcend together!
