I have a passion for healthy living, nutrition and yoga. I have spent the last 20 years in deep personal research and the last 10 years guiding people through yoga and cleanse journeys. I have learned a lot about the human body, what works and what doesn’t. I know there is no one way for everyone.
I have also learned that despite our differences in body types, constitution and lifestyle, all people can greatly benefit from including a cleanse regime once or twice a year. We all want to look great, feel energized and strong, think clearly and reduce suffering in our lives. The old adage “you are what you eat” rings true here.
A cleanse program implemented with awareness and care can help to kick-start our immune system, move old and stagnant energy from the body and clear our mind.
