Radiant Body Yoga (RBY) is a holistic approach to yoga, which has its roots in the ancient Kundalini and Tantric traditions. These practices are designed to awaken each practitioner to their higher nature. They offer a potent combination of physical posture, breath work, kriya, meditation, and chanting. They increase strength, build vitality and create mental clarity.

RBY serves practitioners and teachers at every level of experience. For the beginner it provides a complete picture and powerful pathway to personal development. For the seasoned practitioner it offers an advanced users manual for the mind body system.

RBY is a lifestyle dedicated to helping a person serious about self-inquiry and living an extraordinary life. It is a practice of opening mind and heart to the vibration of Truth and resonating from that place so that all thoughts and actions are in alignment with our Self.

WHY KIA CREATED RADIANT BODY YOGA

The modern practitioner needs a practice that can deliver in a short period of time. Something impactful, effective and practical. This is why I created RBY. It is an integrated approach, streamlined to meet each practitioner where they are at. The practices include a combination of asana, kriya (specific sequences), breath, meditation, mantra, relaxation and contemplation. I have studied extensively from multiple Kundalini traditions, Tantric masters, living Indian Saints, and the modern Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions. Radiant Body Yoga is a distillation of all I have learned from this ancient tradition of Truth Seekers, the wisdom of my teachers, and my own direct experiences of awakening.
I am an athletic person by nature. I love the physical practice of ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. It keeps me grounded and present in my body. It keeps me vital and healthy. I am also thrilled by the more subtle aspects of yoga practice, which drew me to Tantra and Kundalini. The practices are designed to move you through stagnant energy, elevate your frequency and awaken a greater state of connection and consciousness. This is where you access the STATE of yoga – an INTEGRATED STATE OF BEING in mind, body and spirit.

Radiant Body Yoga is a practice of opening mind and heart to the vibration of TRUTH and resonating from the plate, so all thoughts and actions are in alignment with out Self. What we seek is already within us.
